How To Link Your TradeStation Account To Your BetterTrader Account

BetterTrader users are now able to link their TradeStation account with their BetterTrader account. The new option allows you to take care of your analysis and trading activity in the same app.

What is linking my account and why is it useful?

By linking your broker and BetterTrader accounts you gain the ability to use the BetterTrader analysis tools and execute your trades as quickly as possible. There is no need to switch apps and copy the trade in order to execute it. You can do it all from within the BetterTrader app.


Linking BetterTrader and TradeStation can be done by following these simple steps:

Step 1:

Login with your credentials (email and password). If you don't have an account yet, click here and follow the steps to create one.

Step 2:

Once you are logged in, click on the menu button. The menu button looks like this: ≡ and is located in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3:

Scroll down until you see “Connect your broker” below the “Trading” section. Click on it.

Step 4:

Choose “TradeStation” by clicking on it.

Step 5:

Click “Log In”. If you don't have a TradeStation account yet, click on the Create Account button and create an account in order to proceed.

Step 6:

The login page will open. Enter with your TradeStation credentials (username and password).

Step 7:

After you are logged in scroll down until you see the “Approve Access” button and click on it.
